We will have Kindergarten paperwork for you to take home with you
as well as a small packet of Summer Fun for your soon to be Kindergarten student
Please bring with you, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and if available, your child’s most recent immunization records
If you are new to Sunnyside, please also bring proof of residence
